Not necessarily. For many roles, attitude and curiosity matter more than a resume. We'll teach you the rest.
Where are your offices? +
Our team is based in Montérégie, near Montreal. Depending on the role, remote or field work is possible.
How long does the process take? +
Usually two to three weeks between your application and a final answer.

- Present AfterBang and Jean-Michel to independent opticians and optometrists in your territory, alongside the lines you already carry.
- Open new accounts with a starter order, and set up their display with our POP material.
- Keep your accounts fresh with new collections, reorders and 1-for-1 exchanges on slow movers.
- Work the shows with us at Vision Expo and LOFT, and at your regional shows.
- Share a short monthly update on visits, openings and what you see in the field.
Paid on every frame, for good.
- 15% commission on net sales, on both brands, on the opening order and on every reorder after that.
- For the life of the account — as long as you service it, it keeps paying you.
- Web orders count too. When an account you opened reorders online, you get your full commission.
- $50 US opening bonus for every new door with an initial order of 12+ frames.
- Paid monthly, on the 15th, with a detailed statement for every account.
